About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a renowned resort in Wisconsin. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients
• Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create a unique and memorable dining experience for our guests
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
• Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients, as well as food safety and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
