Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a Damn Good experience for every guest
  • Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Mix creative Torchy's Tacos signature beverages
  • Understand and abide by state alcohol-server, Food Handling, and Torchy's policies
  • Open and maintain tabs using our point of sale system

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
  • Current required state alcohol-server license
  • Ability to work varied schedules and hours
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
