Job Summary:

RTG Medical-Allied is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a travel or per diem setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
