MaineHealth is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its Central Staffing Float Pool at Pen Bay Medical Center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge base and sharpen your skills in various clinical areas throughout the hospital.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. You will also have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with members of the healthcare team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes
Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care
Make decisions based on evidence-based practices

**Requirements:**
1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Three years of acute care experience with one year of critical care experience required.
