We are seeking an experienced leader to head the development of our Behavioral Health Service Line at Guthrie Medical Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide guidance on strategic planning, strategy execution, and implementation of behavioral health care management programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of behavioral health care management programs
- Provide guidance on strategic planning and strategy execution
- Establish budgeted targets for departmental programmatic growth
- Improve alignment and engagement of team members across the organization
- Unwavering commitment to improving health through clinical excellence and compassion
- BC/BE in Psychiatry
- Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in hospital or health system of notable size and complexity
