We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their mobility and independence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and administering physical therapy treatment to patients, including those with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
• Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
