Dishwasher Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dishwasher Supervisor to join our team at Nemacolin Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the dishwashing and pot room operations, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for our guests and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dish and pot washing stations
• Ensure the kitchen area is completely cleaned and sanitized throughout the day
• Develop and maintain a control system to prevent theft and waste
• Supervise daily functions of associates, develop performance standards, train employees, and direct ongoing tasks
• Requisition china, glassware, and silverware to ensure sufficient supplies for service
• Load speed racks for salad and pastry production
• Ensure all hot boxes are marked properly before they are taken to their destination
• Assist the chef in plating meals as necessary
• Conduct physical inspections of the kitchen and storage areas to ensure proper sanitation techniques

Requirements:

• Must be task and detail oriented, energetic, and able to follow specific direction
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work as a team member
• Must be flexible in scheduling and able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
• Must be able to speak English
