Cocktail Server Job Description

At Ilforno Brands, we are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Bond Cocktail Lounge. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking and serving drink orders, and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and take drink orders with a smile.
  • Deliver beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Recommend drinks and upsell specials or premium liquors to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process payments using our point-of-sale system with ease.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to our high standards.
  • Follow all local liquor laws and venue policies, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.
  • Collaborate with bartenders and staff to provide smooth service and exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in hospitality or as a cocktail server is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting is crucial for providing exceptional service.
  • Basic knowledge of cocktails and drinks is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays with ease.
