Position Information:

The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory care services to patients of all ages, including invasive and non-invasive ventilator management, airway management, aerosol medication administration, chest physical therapy, routine and advanced oxygen therapy, blood gas acquisition and analysis, pulmonary function testing, electrocardiogram acquisition and management, code blue and rapid response participation, neonatal resuscitation support at high-risk infant deliveries, ventilator patient transport, and respiratory-focused patient teaching.


Requirements:
1. 1 year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy, preferred. 2. Associate's degree in respiratory therapy, required. 3. Licensure/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist, NC Respiratory Care Practitioner, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program, all within 1 year of hire.

Work Schedule:
7P - 7A, Monday to Friday. No weekends. Call requirements: Yes.
