Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to individuals with speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Treatment Services: Provide speech therapy services to individuals, either individually or in groups, to help them achieve their communication goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure that treatment plans are effective and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document client progress to ensure that treatment plans are on track and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working in a school setting is advantageous, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
