About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a champion of our culture and values, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients undergoing occupational therapy
  • Provide compassionate and high-quality care through a comprehensive and evidence-based approach
  • Collaborate with support staff and Clinic Director to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical logs and checklists
Requirements
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills
  • Passion for occupational therapy and patient care
  • Ability to work closely with clinic staff to improve work relationships and productivity
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods
  • License to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment
