Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Set up and organize the dish racks to ensure efficient use of space and minimize waste.
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as dish racks and equipment.
