Key Responsibilities:

As a Restoration Technician with Rainbow International, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up services to our clients.

  • Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Respond to water jobs and initiate mitigation according to IICRC standards and company process
  • Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
  • Maintain company equipment, keeping it clean and properly maintained
  • Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop new business
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
Requirements:
  • Restoration and construction experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication skills
