Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Live Show Technician to join our team. As a Live Show Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of live shows and performances, including setting up and tearing down equipment, scenery, and instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and tear down events, including assembling and disassembling equipment, scenery, and instruments.
  • Operate electric motors, hydraulic motors, follow spots, lighting control boards, sound mixing consoles, microphones, equalizers, and other entertainment technical equipment.
  • Assemble and disassemble trusses for lighting shows, soft goods, scenery, drops, curtains, etc.
  • Load-in prior to shows and performances and load-out following shows and performances, including equipment, instruments, wardrobe, tools, etc.
  • Repair and maintain lighting, sound, and fly systems, drops, soft goods, stage and stage floor, musical instruments, etc., to avoid delay or cancellation of performances due to malfunctioning equipment.
  • Adjust and maintain Vibe system, music volumes around the property, and playlist integrity.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or trade school certificate and a minimum of three (3) years of event/concert production experience.
  • Requires well-developed written and verbal communications skills.
  • Friendly and service-oriented.
  • Able to work in isolation for a full shift.
  • Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Able to work any shift.

Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
