We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Liaison Specialist to join our team at Second Wave Delivery Systems, LLC. As a key member of our Care Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and reconciliation of clinical documentation alerts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and office staff. Your advanced understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and coding guidelines will enable you to navigate complex electronic medical records systems with ease.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with healthcare providers and office staff to ensure seamless deployment and reconciliation of clinical documentation alerts.
  • Navigate electronic medical records systems to retrieve and upload relevant patient clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Client Delivery Manager to align CDI Alert distribution and reconciliation protocol with established workflow and patient scheduling.
  • Submit daily reports to the Care Team to facilitate effective management of CDI Alert deployment, response, and case closure.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5 years of medical office experience.
  • Advanced understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and coding guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
