Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Fairfield, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a OUT PATIENT setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy services to patients in a OUT PATIENT setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Active CA. OUT PATIENT license.
  • 2+ years of Occupational Therapist experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
