Overview of Responsibilities:

The Vineyard Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of tractors and ATVs within vineyard settings. This role requires maintaining all equipment in optimal condition and ensuring the vineyard area is kept in excellent shape while adhering to safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

To excel in this position, individuals must possess basic tractor operation skills, ideally with two or more years of experience, or a strong willingness to learn through hands-on training. Good communication skills are essential, along with the ability to comprehend safety regulations and maintenance guidelines. The role may involve exposure to chemicals and night work.

The individual must be capable of lifting and moving up to 100 pounds and may encounter humid conditions, dust, chemical residues, and occasional extreme heat.
