Job Summary

Katalyst HealthCares & Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled SAS Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data export programming aligned with sponsor and internal mapping requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data Export Programming: Design, develop, and implement data export programming to meet sponsor and internal mapping requirements.
  • Develop Clinical Data Report Outputs: Utilize a combination of SQL Server (SSRS), Tableau, SAS, or other identified solutions to develop clinical data report outputs.
  • Program Data Review and Quality Checking: Program data review and quality checking programs to ensure delivery of high-quality output for clients.
  • Develop Programming for Customer Specific Data Integration/Exports: Develop programming for customer-specific data integration/exports.
  • Work with Customers to Specify Data Transfer Standards: Collaborate with customers to specify data transfer standards.
  • Develop and Implement Software Code to Automate Data Transfer Activities: Develop and implement software code to automate data transfer activities.
  • Triage, Research, and Provide Solutions for Identified Data Issues: Triage, research, and provide solutions for identified data issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer-Related Field or Equivalent Programming Experience: Possess a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent programming experience.
  • Years of Experience as Software Developer, Database Analyst/Programmer, or Clinical: Have + years of experience as a software developer, database analyst/programmer, or clinical professional.
  • Years of Experience Programming in SQL and SAS: Possess + years of experience programming in SQL and SAS.
  • Experience with CDISC SDTM Mapping: Have experience with CDISC SDTM mapping.
  • Experience with Clinical Data Management: Possess experience with clinical data management.
  • Experience with Clinical Development Technology Solutions: Have experience with clinical development technology solutions.
  • Understanding of Clinical Trial Processes, Including Common Data Standards (CDISC) and Statistical Outputs (SAS): Possess an understanding of clinical trial processes, including common data standards (CDISC) and statistical outputs (SAS).
