Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Trident Medical Center. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing nuclear medicine exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, measure, and administer radiopharmaceuticals in diagnostic and therapeutic studies.
  • Utilize various equipment to produce high-quality nuclear medical exams.
  • Provide administrative services to the diagnostic imaging department.
  • Calibrate equipment and follow radiation safety techniques.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited AMA program with a certificate or degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
