Settlement Processor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlement Processor to join our team at StraussGroup - Executive Search Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless settlement and closing functions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with homebuilder divisions, developers, and lenders to facilitate timely settlements.
  • Review and prepare settlement documents to ensure compliance with state recording requirements and department procedures.
  • Secure lien waivers from development contractors.
  • Identify and resolve title issues to ensure clear title.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
