At Optum NY, we are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmologist to join our team in Lake Success, NY. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that is guided by diversity and inclusion.

Our Ophthalmology department is a collegial multispecialty group practice with a large referral base, focusing on team-based care. You will have access to excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems, as well as privileges in ambulatory surgical centers and community hospitals.

As an Ophthalmologist with Optum NY, you will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive ophthalmology with fellowship-trained physicians who specialize in small-incision cataract surgery, screening and treatment of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular diseases, floaters, central serous retinopathy, and inflammatory eye diseases.

Responsibilities:
