We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Phlebotomist to join our team at Williamson Health, one of the South's most exceptional health care systems. Located in Franklin, Tennessee, our 203-bed hospital offers comprehensive in-patient and out-patient services.

As an Inpatient Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy on inpatients, including adults, adolescents, and infants. Your focus will be on providing positive communication with patients, hospital staff, and co-workers while conducting laboratory tests that provide information to physicians for diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of diseases.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy training or work experience, and certification preferred. You should possess strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.
