Job Description

As a Property Operations Technician with Advanced Management Group, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our community. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, handling maintenance requests, and working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager to ensure that all aspects of maintenance are handled efficiently and effectively.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Assisting in apartment move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Communicating with residents and property managers regarding maintenance issues and progress.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred.
  • HVAC Certified required.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
