Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including price, availability, shipment information, and quality concerns.
- Assist customers with production timing, follow up on commitments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve pricing issues, release order holds, and assist with shipment errors, such as shortages or wrong goods shipped.
- Work collaboratively with the Newburyport and Juarez CCU teams to ensure efficient handling of phone queues and email boxes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures regarding sales and order processing.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Superior administration and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
