Key Responsibilities:
This leadership role will focus on the development and growth of the APP workforce in Central PA, alongside operational enhancements. The APP will collaborate closely with the Medical Director of Emergency Department Observation and local APP Leads to drive programmatic advancements and uphold high standards of care.
