About the Role

Rally Pickleball is seeking a skilled Mixology Master to join our front-of-house team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage service and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage Guests: Welcome guests with a warm and sincere smile, ensuring a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to Rally's beverage recipes and standards.
  • Stock and Maintain Bar Areas: Ensure bar areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies, including alcohol, glassware, ice, and equipment.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and venue orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of beverages.
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Anticipate and meet guests' needs, exceeding expectations and creating a positive atmosphere.
  • Follow Safety and Sanitation Guidelines: Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.

  • Knowledge of POS Register Systems: Possess a thorough working knowledge of POS register systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be available to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
