Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Commodity Specialist to join our team at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc.

**Job Description**: In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing suppliers for various materials and services. You will manage a group of commodities with limited impact and complexity at a local level. Your duties will include issuing purchase orders to support business needs, actively managing workflow in SAP, and working with appropriate parties to resolve invoice issues to minimize overdue invoices. Additionally, you will identify and resolve potential supplier problems, identify opportunities for cost reductions, update productivity funnel and execute respective ideas, ensure goods and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards, introduce and manage efficiencies through effective purchasing, participate in supplier audits and business reviews, monitor cost and supplier performance, maintain files and records related to purchasing activities, and act as primary procurement contact for assigned site(s).
