Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced nurses with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) to join our team as Clinical Nursing Faculty. As a Clinical Nursing Faculty member, you will be responsible for mentoring students in person at an inpatient clinical setting in the Phoenix area, while they demonstrate nursing skills and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through clinical teaching, and service to the College, community, health system, and profession.
  • Assume responsibility for all autonomous aspects of individual teaching loads.
  • Plan clinical experiences for and provide direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students delivering nursing care to an individual or group of individuals.
  • Maintain current knowledge related to agency/clinical policies, procedures, and expectations with the assistance of the agency/clinical personnel.
  • Evaluate and provide documented feedback to students on level of performance based on course objectives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of the programs and the College.
Qualifications:
  • Master of Science in Nursing (from a regionally accredited college or university)
  • An unencumbered Arizona nursing license
  • Active BLS Certification is required
  • Minimum of two years experience within last five years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse
What We Offer:

Chamberlain University offers a competitive compensation package, including a rate of $1,120 per assignment to $7,245 per assignment, depending on the candidate's education and experience.
