Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs, ensuring every interaction is filled with care and empathy.
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist them in locating products, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Accurately handle transactions, including cash, checks, and credit card payments, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, checking in deliveries, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as necessary.
- Assist all departments, including photo and beauty, to ensure they are well-stocked and operational, while staying informed about available services.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff when needed, including taking on shifts in the pharmacy for professional growth opportunities.
Advocacy:
Promote new CVS services and loyalty programs that align with our commitment to improving health outcomes for our customers.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain standing for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks requiring close visual acuity.
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:
CVS Corporation requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless an exemption is approved based on medical or religious grounds.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
Education:
