Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:
  • Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to all safe work practices and policies
  • Generate packing lists, labels, manifests, and land disposal restriction notifications using computer systems
  • Conduct inspections of staging, accumulation, and storage areas to ensure compliance with housekeeping standards
  • Examine storage areas and containers for leaks or spills
  • Verify compliance of containers with labeling regulations
  • Collect, segregate, and accurately package waste chemicals for disposal to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance
  • Execute projects at client locations, including those of Fortune 500 companies
  • Oversee the final preparation and approval of all shipments in accordance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's license
  • Ability to obtain a CDL Class B with hazmat and tanker endorsement within six months of employment, with costs covered by the company
  • Capability to perform physical tasks as required by the position
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and physical examination, as applicable
  • Compliance with OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard, which may include meeting facial hair standards
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of coursework in Chemistry or Natural Sciences
  • Prior experience in Environmental Services, such as remediation, abatement, or emergency spill response
