Porter - Aria

Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community's common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, entryways, community living/dining rooms, laundry rooms, bathrooms, and trash areas.
• Assist maintenance technicians with work orders and prepare units for re-renting to new residents.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing storage areas, and assisting with special projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in janitorial/porter duties.
• General understanding and knowledge of basic maintenance skills.
• Possession of a valid California driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents and vendors.
• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Suite products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working at an apartment complex.
• Custodian/janitorial experience.
