Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversees and organizes liquid product operations for designated items (e.g., sauces, condiments) to ensure departmental and organizational targets for productivity and quality are met or surpassed. (50%)
  2. Leads a team of employees, including the recruitment and selection process, task assignment, training and development, performance evaluation, and fostering a motivated and effective workforce to achieve organizational objectives related to diversity, career growth, productivity, and employee engagement. (25%)
  3. Facilitates communication among staff, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and fulfill production needs of both internal and external clients. (15%)
  4. Analyzes and reviews statistical data, operational procedures, and other relevant information to enhance operational efficiencies and ensure adherence to customer, organizational, and regulatory standards. (10%)
  5. Performs additional related duties as required.

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages, through subordinate supervisors, a workforce of up to 100 predominantly hourly employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in food science, business administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience:

7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting with progressive supervisory responsibilities.
