Key Responsibilities:

  • As the leader, you will oversee all operations during your shift, including cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and customer relations. Setting a strong example is crucial, and adherence to all policies and procedures is expected from both you and your team.
  • Direct team activities, manage repetitive tasks, and work collaboratively under pressure while meeting strict quality standards. You will analyze data and make ethical decisions promptly.
  • Provide a warm customer greeting and maintain a positive demeanor while processing orders and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all store facilities and equipment.
  • Prepare products according to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Efficiently handle telephone orders to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Possess navigational skills to locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic arithmetic for accurate transactions.
  • Comfortably use technology, including computer keyboards and touch screens.

Physical Demands:

  • This role requires standing for extended periods, along with activities such as walking, lifting, bending, and navigating stairs.
  • Hand-eye coordination is necessary for specific tasks.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes is required.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check is mandatory.
  • Meeting company-specific standards in a Motor Vehicle Record Check is essential.
