We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at our taproom location in Philadelphia, PA. As a Host, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience through attentive service, knowledge of our beers and products, and a passion for craft beer.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and ensure they have a positive experience at our taproom.
  • Beer Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our beers and be able to recommend them to guests.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately operate our point of sale system and process transactions efficiently.
Requirements
  • Craft Beer Enthusiast: You must have a genuine interest in craft beer and be able to share that with our guests.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues regularly.
  • Team Player: You will be working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized environment.
