Teller

Job Summary:

This role involves handling customer transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, process transactions efficiently, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and balance personal teller cash drawer
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions
• Gather information for Currency Transaction Reports
• Process buying and selling of monies to/from the vault
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Ensure vault cash balances are correct
• Count and roll coins for customers as needed
• Load ATM cassettes with correct denominations under dual control
• Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of basic teller functions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills

Working Conditions:

This role is based in a normal office environment with occasional travel to various locations as needed.
