Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customized fitness programs to our members, educating them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and overall health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized fitness plans for clients, taking into account their goals, fitness level, and health status.
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide guidance on exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
- Lead group fitness classes and workshops, promoting a positive and supportive environment for members.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular progress updates and making adjustments to their fitness plans as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to enhance client outcomes.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for personal training services and programs.
Requirements
- CPR/AED certification and basic First Aid knowledge.
- Nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification (e.g., NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, PTA Global, AFAA, NESTA, NCFS RTS).
