Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Residency Program Coordinator. This role is designed for new graduate nurses who are eager to launch their nursing career and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

As a Nurse Residency Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work under the direct supervision of our experienced Clinical Education Team and refine your nursing knowledge and skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend all quality and core curriculum classes to enhance your nursing knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in professional development workshops and peer support groups to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Successfully complete all clinical competencies and validation requirements of the Nurse Residency Program.
  • Work under the direct supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse to refine your nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing required.
  • Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina.
  • BLS required.
