CNA Position Overview

A Certified Nursing Assistant is a vital member of our care team, responsible for providing supportive services and performing duties as assigned by clinical leadership. This role requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and attention to detail, ensuring that each resident receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans and established policies and procedures.
  • Assist with patient care tasks, including lifting, turning, positioning, transporting, bathing, and feeding.
  • Coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
  • Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
CNA Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An active CNA Certification for the applicable state.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification.
