Job OverviewWorkbox Staffing is seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team in Mishawaka, IN. This is a first shift, full-time position with occasional overtime over 50 hours/week. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble kits from the water jet or inspect assembled kits and packaging them for shipment to our customer.
  • Utilize manual and/or automated equipment and machinery to meet the production requirements of this function.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments, as required.
  • Communicate effectively with company personnel.
  • Prepare shipments as required to meet the production schedule.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Ability to learn quickly and continue to challenge yourself.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-growing environment.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Continuous learning - every job will present unique challenges – you should be interested in learning something new every day and increasing your skills.
  • Ability to work well with a diverse staff.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to read gages (micrometers/calipers/depth gages).
  • Prior forklift experience preferred but not required.
