We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Associate to join our team at Hand and Stone. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring that their experience in our spa is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures and maintain a professional and clean work environment
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude and work as a team player

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Spa Soft, and basic accounting principles
