The Senior Compliance Analyst will undertake the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the annual User Access Review in accordance with SOX regulations.
2. Assist in the design, development, and execution of Segregation of Duties (SOD) assessments for SOX-compliant systems.
3. Facilitate the creation of relevant information security audits, including SOC1 (System and Organization Controls), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), and PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance.
4. Gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, internal control risk management, and IT general controls (ITGCs) to effectively evaluate applications, operating systems, and databases.
5. Collaborate with management to design and assess new controls for recently implemented applications, including ITGC, interfaces, and critical reporting.
6. Assist management in documenting control processes through narratives and review existing documentation for necessary updates and enhancements.
7. Provide support to internal and external auditors as required.
8. Work alongside control owners and application teams to identify the root causes of deficiencies and formulate suitable remediation strategies.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or Consulting (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent).
- Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., CISA or equivalent).
- Proficient knowledge of IT GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, Auditboard).
