We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Laundry Aide to join our team at Living Meadows. As a Laundry Aide, you will be responsible for sorting, washing, drying, and folding laundry for our residents. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring that each item is clean and folded to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and prioritize laundry loads to ensure efficient processing
- Operate washing and drying machines to clean and dry laundry
- Fold and package laundry for delivery to residents' rooms
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Collaborate with staff and residents to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move laundry baskets and equipment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
