Driving RequirementsDriving within the PACE Southeast Michigan catchment area is required, necessitating a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
Physical DemandsAbility to transfer and assist with moving patients, requiring physical stamina and the ability to lift and move residents as needed.
Flexibility and AdaptabilityFlexibility in participant assignments based on needs, requiring the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Requirements- Education and Certification
High School diploma or GED required, with current CPR certification and completion of basic nursing assistant training program.
Experience and SkillsPrevious experience with frail or elderly population, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in job-related competencies.
Clearance and ImmunizationsClearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
