Job Description

Smoothie King is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Team Lead to join our team at Moon Capital LLC. As a Shift Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure seamless store operations, including managing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and meets their fitness and nutrition goals.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, customer transactions, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for every guest.
  • Inventory Management: Strong inventory management skills, including the ability to manage inventory levels, track inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operations Management: Ability to oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, customer transactions, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
