About the RoleRideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BDC Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, converting leads, and driving customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads related to Powersports vehicles.
- Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with customers through their preferred method of communication.
- Follow up with unsold prospects daily and maintain contact with sold customers.
- Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory and utilize software to locate vehicles quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and interactions in our CRM system.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BDC/high volume call center environment.
- Minimum of 1 year experience handling e-commerce sales leads.
- Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads is desired.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, Tuesday-Saturday.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Energetic and outgoing personality.
- Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to follow up and follow up again with customers.
- Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with and interest in Powersports vehicles.
