Job Overview

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
The CT Imaging Specialist is responsible for generating detailed computerized tomography images of specified anatomical regions as prescribed by a licensed medical professional, adhering to established protocols and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with specialized training in Computed Tomography is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with prior experience in CT preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
  • New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) license is essential.
  • ARRT certification is required.
  • CT certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
  • Current CPR certification is necessary.
  • IV certification is required within 90 days of employment.
