Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to nuclear medicine imaging, including preparing patients for exams, operating imaging equipment, and analyzing images to diagnose medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET, SPECT, and planar imaging
  • Prepare patients for exams, including administering medications and positioning patients
  • Operate imaging equipment, including cameras and computers
  • Analyze images to diagnose medical conditions
  • Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nuclear medicine technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
