About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Engineer to join our team at GeoLinks. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering customized telecommunications solutions to our customers. With your technical expertise and strong communication skills, you will bridge the gap between our offerings and customer business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, telecommunications, or a related field. You should possess a solid understanding of telecommunications concepts, including broadband, internet services, and networking basics. Familiarity with network maps, VPN/WAN, fixed wireless technologies, radio systems, or network infrastructure is highly recommended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer goals, requirements, and technical challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise to align our offerings with customer business objectives.
  • Develop tailored telecommunications solutions that meet customer needs while considering technical, budgetary, and timeline constraints.

Competitive Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off, and holidays.
