Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Buyer Plastics & Rubber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall cost of supply chain management in the European market, as well as conducting standardized offer analyses and leading difficult price negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall cost of supply chain management in the European market
• Conduct standardized offer analyses in the region using TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
• Lead difficult price negotiations in the European market and realize price agreements within given guidelines
• Monitor part prices in SAP or communicate them to the COF

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in German and a foreign language
