Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

Job Summary:

As a Behavior Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting classroom observations, leading team meetings, and providing behavior management training. You will also develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using data-driven methods and collaborate with Special Education staff for effective student transitions.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Special Education, or Behavior Analysis
  • National Certificate in BCBA
  • School or pediatric experience preferred
  • Background check and drug screening required
